RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization):
All returns or replacements require an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please log in to your account
and click on the 'Return' link of the order on the order summary page that pertains to the item(s) you wish to return.

RMA Guidelines:
Details of invoice, name and description of the problem and the item you want to return is required.
An RMA number will be e-mailed. To prevent any physical damage during shipping, please pack in its
original packaging. The item must be sent back to us with a carrier that can provide a tracking number.
All items returned for credit must be in its original condition, accompanied by all warranty cards,
manuals and accessories. Please note, removal or defacement of any identification
stickers, labels, serial numbers, or stamps from the product will void the warranty.
Defective products will be exchanged for like items. After the first 30-days all warranty
items will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Our objective is to provide all our customers with good quality systems and components.
If an item is found to be defective, we are committed to working with our customers to
replace the item as soon as possible.
