KB's Computer Warehouse warranties all hardware products and complete systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one-year from the date of invoice.

During this warranty period, KB's Computer Warehouse will repair or replace all Goods, which proves to be defective. Defective products will be exchanged for like items. After the first 30-days, all warranty items will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. KB's Computer Warehouse cannot warranty any Goods, which have been subjected to physical damage, improper shipping & handling, power surges, lightening strikes and work done by an unauthorized technician. Please note that our warranty policy is based on the standard manufacturer's warranty policy. Our objective is to provide all of our customers with good quality systems and components. If an item is found to be defective, we are committed to working with our customers to replace the item as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order, provided the order has not been processed and shipped from KB's Computer Warehouse. If an order has already been shipped or the package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer will be responsible for shipment + handling + insurance both ways and all transaction fees. To obtain a refund, replacement, or credit for any returned Goods, please click on RMA for more details. Returns for refunds must be made within 14-days of the date of invoice. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
